Dr. Anoop Kumar Mittal is a B.E. in Civil Engineering, from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Punjab University, Patiala. He was conferred "Doctor of Philosophy" (Honoris Causa) by the Chancellor, Singhania University. Dr. Mittal has more than 39 years of experience in Civil Engineering, Real Estate Development, Project Management and has also served as the President of Indian Business Congress (IBC), as Chairman of BRICS Chamber of Commerce and Industry and as a Member of the Board of Thapar University. Dr. Mittal was associated with NBCC (India) Limited since 1985 and served as its Chairman cum Managing Director (CMD) between March 2013 and March 2019.
